Appendices: "Black Logo OBI", “Photo Book Application Form” & "2 Inserts"

Description: This is scarce Japanese Early Press copy ( released in 1984 or a little later ) of his original album, comin' with complete appendices. The logo of “Bruce Springsteen” on the front obi is in black, though ordinary 1st press obi is in blue. And the top-rim of obi reads as “BORN IN THE USA”, though the 1st press obi reads “BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN”.

An enclosed “ application form” is for Bruce’s photo book, which sold in those days. Anyway, it's hard to find this Japanese copy of this album in complete shape nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: NM/NM- ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is nearly TOP in condition, except for minor crease along the middle of right-rim of front. It’s clean on each side. Otherwise it has no tear, edge-wear, ring-wear, strip, dent, stain & writing...great in shape.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM”. No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you.

OBI: VG+, being rippled in lower portion of back side. It’s clean on each side.

INSERT: VG each, being rippled on the surface of each side.
