Description: This is Apple edition 1st Press copy ( released in 1969 ) of Japanese album "With the Beatles" ( originally issued to commemorate their 1966 Japan tour ). The disc is beautiful red wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese line notes", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage".

The price on the back cover is JPY2000, while a gold new price ( JPY2200 ) sticker is on the bottom-rim of front obi. It’s very hard to find this album with obi & red wax even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/VG+ ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer edges. Minor creases are on the bottom-rims of outside. Light ring-wear is in part on the back side. Some minor brown spots are on the center-fold and surface of a few pages of booklet inside gate-fold. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has some slight scuff marks on each side. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "VG+".

OBI: VG, being stained with minor brown spots on the surfaces of each side. A supply-tag is in the top of back is stripped off and missing.

INSERT: NOT originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover.

INNER SLEEVE: VG, being lightly rippled with light ring-crease on the surface of each side. Otherwise no tear or split on outer edges.
