Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1960's ) of their masterpiece double-album. Both discs are rare red waxes, issued only for its 1st pressing ( no odeon copy exists for Japanese copy ). "The Beatles" logo is embossed in lower portion of front-cover. Though obi, insert & pin-ups are missing, it’s still hard to find this item with red wax even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: G/VG/VG+ ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )


COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s tanned, scraped and stained with ring-wear on the surface of each side ( See photos ). Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC 1: Disc 1 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has scuffs including slight hairlines on Side B and several on Side A. A few light scratches are on each side. A short scratch at the start of Side B-1 makes minor clicks, while other scratches are inaudible. There are many spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "VG".

DISC 2: Disc 2 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on each side, with a light scratch on Side B and a short one at the start of Side A-1 ( inaudible each ). There are some to many spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "VG+".

OBI: OBI is missing.

INSERT: INSERT is missing.

POSTER: G+, being aged and creased on the surface of each side, while being lightly stained on the white side. Outer-edges are worn with short split in a few portions.

PIN-UP: PIN-UPS are missing.

INNER-BAGS: G+ each, being creased with ring-crease on its surface of each side. Outer-edges are partly worn. Otherwise no tear or split on outer edges.
