Description: This is scarce Japanese original PROMO copy of their double compilation album ( released in 1971 ) of Lovin’ Spoonful. This album includes 24 tracks ( See the track-list below ). The gate-fold cover is hard outside like “hard-cover booklet”, with 2 inner-bags attached inside like flaps. Inside gate-fold, it’s with “English lyrics”, “Japanese liner notes” and “Photos of members”. Though the insert is not included, it seems that it was not originally issued for this album.

“SAMPLE” letters are printed in Japanese on each label ( See photos ). It’s hard to find this double album even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG+/NM/NM ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer edges. It’s lightly stained with minor spots around the rims inside gate-fold. On the back, it’s lightly scraped with minor scratches in the middle of back side. Otherwise it has none of any tear, ring-wear, strip, dent & writing...OK.

DISC 1/2: Both discs are nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. Each disc has a few spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise each disc has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as “NM". No flaw on the groove of both… very clean discs, we guarantee you.

OBI: VG, being lightly scraped on the surface of each side, while being lightly stained on that of back side. The supply-tag in the top of back is partly creased.

INSERT: Not included. It seems that it was not originally issued for this item.
