Description: This is scarce Japan Only 4 Track 12” ( released in 1985 ) of Billy Joel, coming with complete appendices. This copy includes 4 tracks, as title indicates ( See the track-list below ). Though this copy was issued 35 years ago, this one is still “FACTORY SEALED”! A black sticker reading “Best Hits 4 Track LP – JPY1200” is on the right top corner of front shrink-wrap. It’s hard to find this item in such a perfect shape even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.
