Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY instrumental album ( released in the 1970’s ), coming with complete appendices. This album includes 12 instrumental tracks of 1970’s love songs of various artists. The fold-out insert shows “Japanese description, “English lyrics” & “Photos of singers of included tracks”. The front is unique “cheesecake”. It’s hard to find this item even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Side A: Mr. melody, When will I see you again, Spanish eyes, My way, Come on over, Top of the world

Side B: There’s a kind of hush, Early in the morning, My funny valentine, A man without love, Green green grass of home


Condition: VG/VG+ ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for partly worn corners & outer-edges. It’s waving with ring-wear on the surface of back. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip, stain & writing…OK.

DISC: Disc looks nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on Side B, while being lightly warped on its surface of each side which does not affect the sound or play. A spindle-mark is on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "VG+". No flaw on the groove of Side A and mostly on Side B…very clean disc, I guarantee you. If not warped, it should be “NM”.

OBI: VG, being partly waving on the surface of each side.

INSERT: G+, being waving with ring-crease & minor spots on the surface of each side.
