Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1969 ) of their masterpiece double-album. Both discs are beautiful red waxes, issued only for its 1st press ( no odeon copy exists for Japanese copy ). "The Beatles" logo is embossed in lower portion of front cover. Though obi, pin-ups & insert are missing, it’s still hard to find this item with red wax even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: G/VG/VG ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )


COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly tanned with light ring-wear and brown spots in places on each side. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC 1: Disc 1 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on each side with a few light scratches on Side A and several on Side B. There are some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be “VG”.

DISC 2: Disc 2 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs with several light scratches ( hairlines ) on each side ( See photos ). There are some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be “VG”.

OBI: Missing

INSERT: Missing

POSTER: G, being aged, creased and stained on the surface of each side. But still no pin-hole at each corner.

PIN-UP: Missing

INNER SLEEVES: G+ each, being creased with ring-crease on its surface of each side. Top-edges are creased and partly ragged.
