( Allman Brothers Band ) Duane & Gregg Allman / Same Title
Japan PROMO LP
Polydor MPF 1086
Appendices: “Blue OBI”, Textured Cover”, “Insert” & “Promo White Label”
Description: This is scarce Japanese PROMO copy ( released in 1977 ) of Allman Brothers Band, coming with complete appendices. This album includes 9 tracks of pre-Allman Brothers Band, recorded by Duane & Gregg Allman. The cover is fine-textured on the surface of each side. The label of disc is beautiful in white for promotional use. This album includes 9 tracks ( See the track-list below ). It’s hard to find this album even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collectors.
Side A: Morning dew, God rest his soul, Nobody knows you where you’re down and out, Come down and get me
Side B: I’ll change for you, Back down home with you, Well I know too well, In the morning when I’m real, Melissa
Condition: NM-/EX+ ( Cover / Disc )
COVER: Cover is nearly TOP in condition, except for slightly worn corners & bottom-edge. It’s clean on each side, free from any tear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing…great in shape.
DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There’re a few spindle-marks on the label of Side B with some brown spots on that of Side A. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX+". No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you. Without brown spots on the label, it should be “NM” enough.
OBI: G+, being lightly stained on the right of back, while being partly creased in upper left-rim of front and lower portion of back. It’s torn short in the left top corner.
INSERT: VG+, being slightly creased with a few minor spots on each side.
