Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY best album ( released in 1985 ) of the Boomtown Rats, coming with complete appendices. This album includes following 13 tracks. The insert shows “Japanese description” and “English lyrics”. The label of disc is beautiful in white for promotional use, while a “SAMPLE ( in Japanese )” red sticker is on the right top-rim of front-cover. It’s hard to find this album in any condition nowadays even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

COVER: Cover is nearly TOP in condition. It’s slightly warped in the left top-rim of back, while being clean on each side. Otherwise it has no tear, edge-wear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing…great in shape.
DISC: Disc is TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has none of any scuff, scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which can be rated as "MINT". No flaw on the groove & label …very clean disc, we guarantee you.
OBI: VG, being with light scratches & minor spots on the surface of back, while being clean on the front.
INSERT: VG+, being with a few minor spots on the back.
