Description: This is scarce Japan PROMO ONLY album ( released in 1986 ) of ELO. According to Japanese liner notes on the back cover, this album was issued to promote their new album “Balance of Power” in 1986. OBI was not originally issued for this album, because it was made only for promotional use. Each label of disc is printed as “FOR PROMOTION ONLY”, while “NOT FOR SALE FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY” on the back cover ( See photos ). Though the insert was issued to some copies of this album, which is not enclosed in this one. Anyway, it’s very hard to find this album even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

DISC: Disc is TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has none of any scuff, scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which can be rated as "MINT". No flaw on the groove & label …very clean disc, we guarantee you.
