Description: This is scarce Japanese Audiophile Edition copy ( released in 1983 ) of his legendary 1st album, coming with complete appendices. AD on obi reads “Digital Mastering” in its upper portion, while “MASTER SOUND” letters are printed on obi & each label of disc. The cover is still in the “shrink-wrap”, which is open at the right-edge. A black hype sticker is in the right top hand of front shrink-wrap.

One of 2 inserts is for this album, showing “Japanese liner notes & Japanese lyrics” and “Photos of Billy”. Another colorful one is about “Master Sound”, which were issued only for some copies.

It’s hard to find Japanese audiophile copy of this album even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: NM/NM- ( Outer Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is nearly TOP in condition, except for lightly worn right-edge. It’s still in the “shrink-wrap”, which is open at the right-edge. It’s clean on each side. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing...great in shape.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There are a few to several spindle-marks on the label of Side B. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as “NM”. No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you.

OBI: M, being still kept intact in the shrink-wrap.

INSERT: VG ( white ), being slightly rippled with some minor spots on the surface of each side. / NM ( master sound )

DIE-CUT SLEEVE: G+, being stained with brown spots in part on each side.
