Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1969 ) of Davy Jones’s compilation album, coming with rare original obi. This compilation album including 11 tracks ( See the track-list below ) was originally released in 1965 in US with the same title as “David Jones”. It was released with new title of “De Luxe” in Japan, 1969. The cover is completely different from any other countries’ copies.

6 page booklet is originally attached inside gate-fold cover, showing “Japanese liner notes”, “Colorful Images of Davy” and “Japanese & English lyrics”. The insert was not originally issued for this album. It's hard to find this item in any condition even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/EX ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer edges. Slight ring-wear is on the back. A small punch hole is in the left top corners. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on Side B with a slight scratch on Side A-4~6 ( inaudible ). Otherwise it has none of any hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which is to be rated as "EX".

OBI: G, being stained on the surface of each side. A small punch hall is in upper portions of each side. A supply-tag is still in the bottom of back side.
