Description: This is Apple edition 1st Press copy ( released in 1969 ) of Japanese album "With the Beatles" ( originally issued to commemorate their 1966 Japan tour ). The disc is beautiful red wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese line notes", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage".

The price on the back cover and front obi are crossed out. It’s very hard to find this album with obi & red wax even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/VG+ ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer edges. A few minor creases are spine-rims. It’s lightly scraped on the surface of outside. Some minor scratches are in the middle of back side. Each page of booklet inside gate-fold is slightly tanned ( stained ) around its rims. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has slight scuff lines in part on Side B ( inaudible ). There’re several spindle-marks with some minor spots on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch, which is to be rated as "VG+". No flaw on the groove of Side A.

OBI: G+, being partly torn in the middle of left-rim of front side. A supply-tag is still in the top of back.

INSERT: Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover.

INNER SLEEVE: G+, being rippled with ring-crease on the surface of each side. A short tear is in the rim of die-cut circle.
