Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1960's ) of their masterpiece double-album. Both discs are rare red waxes, issued only for its 1st press ( no odeon copy exists for Japanese copy ). "The Beatles" logo is embossed in lower portion of front cover. Though obi, insert & pin-ups are missing, it’s still hard to find this item with red wax even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: G/VG+/VG+ ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )


COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly discolored with ring-wear and brown spots in places on each side. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC 1: Disc 1 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on Side B with several slight scratches on Side A ( inaudible ). There are several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be “VG+”. Flaws are not many but just several on each side.

DISC 2: Disc 2 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on each side, with a light scratch & hairline on Side A ( inaudible ). There are several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be “VG+”. Flaws are only a few to several on each side.

OBI: Missing.

INSERT: Missing.

POSTER: G, being aged and rippled with minor spots in places on the surface of each side. Folding-creases are worn and partly splits for aging. No pin-hole is at corners.

PIN-UP: Missing.

INNER SLEEVES: G+ each, being creased with ring-crease on its surface of each side. Minor tears are around the rims of die-cut circles. Otherwise no tear or split on the outer-edges.
