Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1960's ) of their masterpiece double-album. Both discs are rare red waxes, issued only for its 1st press ( no odeon copy exists for Japanese copy ). "The Beatles" logo is embossed in lower portion of front cover. Though obi, insert & pin-ups are missing, it’s still hard to find this item with red wax even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: G+/VG+/EX+ ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )


COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly stained and tanned with light ring-wear on each side. A scrape line is in the left bottom hand of back side. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC 1: Disc 1 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on each side, with 3 light scratches on Side A ( inaudible ). There are a few to several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be “VG+”. Flaws are not many but just some on each side.

DISC 2: Disc 2 is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on each side. There are a few spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be “EX+”.

OBI: Missing.

INSERT: Missing.

POSTER: G, being aged, stained and scraped on the surface of each side. Folding-creases are split and partly browned taped on its back side ( See photo ).

PIN-UP: Missing.

INNER SLEEVES: G+/G each, being creased with ring-crease on its surface of each side. A tear and crease are in the rim of die-cut circle of one of them.
