Description: This is Apple edition 1st Press copy ( released in 1969 ) of Japanese album "With the Beatles" ( originally issued to commemorate their 1966 Japan tour ). The disc is beautiful red wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese liner notes", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage".

Though obi is missing, it’s still hard to find this album with red wax even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/EX ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is lightly worn on corners & outer edges. The spine-rims of each side are discolored ( See photos ). It’s lightly scraped with minor scratches on the surface of outside. Ring-wear is in part on upper portion of back side. Inside gate-fold, surfaces of booklet is lightly rippled with some minor spots and scrapes. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on each side ( music surface ). There’re some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX". Though there’re many scuffs on each “inner groove”, they are not music surface and don’t affect the sound.

OBI: Missing.

INSERT: Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover.

INNER SLEEVE: G+, being rippled with ring-crease and some spots on the surface of each side.
