Description: This is Apple edition 1st Press copy ( released in 1969 ) of Japanese album "With the Beatles" ( originally issued to commemorate their 1966 Japan tour ). The disc is beautiful red wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese liner notes", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage".

Though obi is missing, it’s still hard to find this album with red wax even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

COVER: Cover is lightly worn on corners & outer edges. It’s lightly rippled and scraped on the surface of outside with short creases around its rims. Ring-wear is on the back ( mainly on its lower portion ). Each page of booklet is lightly rippled and rippled on its surface. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip, stain & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on each side ( music surface ) with a light scratch on Side B-5~7 ( inaudible ). There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any hairline, which is to be rated as "EX-". Though there’re scuffs on each “inner groove”, they are not music surface and don’t affect the sound.

OBI: Missing.

INSERT: Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover.

INNER SLEEVE: VG, being rippled with ring-crease on the surface of each side.
