Description: This is Apple edition 1st Press copy ( released in 1969 ) of Japanese album "With the Beatles" ( originally issued to commemorate their 1966 Japan tour ). The disc is beautiful red wax, issued only for its 1st press. Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese line notes", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage". Price on obi & cover is JPY2000. It’s very hard to find this album with obi & red wax even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/NM- ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for partly worn corners, right-edge & lightly other outer edges. It’s lightly rippled and scraped in part on the surface of each side. Light ring-wear is on the back & in part inside gate-fold. Outer rims of booklet inside gate-fold are lightly scraped and stained in part. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There are several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM". Though there’re several slight scuffs on each “inner groove”, they are not music surface and don’t affect the sound. No flaw on the “outer groove”…very clean disc, we guarantee you.

OBI: G, being discolored in upper & lower portions of front. A supply-tag is still in the top of back side. Top-rim of supply-tag is browned for aging.

INSERT: Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead a booklet is attached inside gate-fold cover.

INNER SLEEVE: VG, being lightly rippled with ring-crease on the surface of each side. Otherwise no tear or split on outer edges.
