Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY Limited compilation album ( released in 1974 ) of Elton John, comin' with complete appendices. Though the title shows “Best 20”, it includes his 16 tracks ( See track-list below ). Insert is not originally issued for this album, but instead a booklet is originally inlayed inside gate-fold, showing “Japanese liner notes”, “English & Japanese lyrics” & “Photos of Elton”. Gate-fold cover is textured outside. An enclosed poster was issued only for this album. It’s hard to find this item in complete shape even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/VG+ ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is stained with brown spots in part inside gate-fold. White left-rim of back side is lightly tanned. Inlayed booklet is creased in places and lightly tanned with minor spots on the surface of white pages. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has a slight scratch with a couple of slight hairlines on Side B ( inaudible ). A few slight scuffs are on each side. There are some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "VG+”.

OBI: G+, being torn and creased short in the right top & bottom corners. A few brown stain-marks are on the back. A supply-tag in the top of back is with an oblique folding crease.

INSERT: NOT originally issued for this item. Instead, a booklet is inside gate-fold cover.
