Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1970 ) of his 2nd album, coming with complete appendices. Disc is beautiful red wax, issued only for Japanese 1st press. Gate-fold cover is textured on its surface of each side. Fold-out insert is with “Japanese liner notes & lyrics” and “Photo of Elton”. “English lyrics” is printed inside gate-fold cover. Price on cover is JPY2000. It’s hard to find this album with red wax even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: EX+/EX+ ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is excellent in condition, except for lightly worn corners. A minor dent is on upper spine-edge. Left top corner is creased short. It’s clean in the front, back & inside gate-fold. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, strip, stain & writing...fine in shape.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on each side. There’re a few to several spindle-marks with some spots on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX+".

OBI: VG, being creased along lower right-rim of front and in part on the back side. A supply-tag in the top of back side is with a few folding creases.

INSERT: VG, being lightly tanned on the surface of white pages, while being rippled on that of each side. Some minor spots are on the left top corner of inside & back pages.
