Description: This is scarce Japan PROMO ONLY double album ( released in 1986 ) of Jackson Browne. OBI & INSERT were not originally issued for this album, because it was made only for promotional use. This is extremely rare item, “NOT FOR SALE Warner-Pioneer Corporation", printed on the spine-edge ( See photo ). The back cover shows “Discography of their albums” & "Track-list for this album", while the “Family Tree” inside gate-fold. It’s very hard to find this album even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G+/NM/NM ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )


COVER: Cover is stained with light brown spots on the surface of each side ( mainly inside gate-fold ). Outer-edges are lightly worn. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing…OK.

DISC 1: Disc 1 is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has none of any scuff, scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which can be rated as "MINT". No flaw on the groove & label …very clean disc, we guarantee you.

DISC 2: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There’s a spindle-mark on the label of Side B. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM". No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you.
