Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY album ( released in 1973 ) of James Brown, comin' with very unique "Portrait-Cover". As title indicates, the front-cover is just like "portrait" of James Brown, with the rims higher than inside ( See photo ). It's like a framed picture. And a portrait panel with a stand is also in the frame. A stand is attached to the back-side of the panel. It’s very hard to find this item in complete shape even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/NM- ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer-edges. Minor spots are in the picture of front ( below the panel ), with a crease in the middle of left-rim. A front-panel is stained with brown spots on the surface of back side. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, strip, dent & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There are a few spindle-marks with minor spots on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM". No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you.

OBI: EX-, being slightly stained on the front & blank side.

INSERT: VG, being lightly creased with minor spots in places on its surface of each side.
