Description: This is scarce Japanese Early Press copy ( released in 1972 ) of his original album, coming with rare appendices. The gate-fold cover is textured on its surface of each side, while the logos in upper portion of front cover are embossed. The booklet shows “Japanese description”, “English & Japanese lyrics” and “Photos of Elton”. A gold new price ( JPY2200 ) sticker is on the bottom-rim of back cover.

The disc is beautiful red wax, issued in limited number for its 1st press. Though obi is missing, it’s still hard to find Japanese original copy of this album even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: VG/NM- ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition. It’s discolored along the spine-edge & right-edge. Inside gate-fold, it’s partly rippled and lightly on the right-rim of back side. Otherwise it has no tear, edge-wear, ring-wear, strip, dent, stain & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There are several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM". No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you.

OBI: OBI is missing.

BOOKLET: VG, being curled along the spine-rims, while being lightly creased on the surface of outside pages.
