Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1968 ) of their masterpiece double-album. Both discs are rare red-waxes, issued only for its 1st press. "The Beatles" logo is embossed in lower portion of front-cover. Though obi & insert are missing, it’s still hard to find this item with red-wax even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: G+/VG/VG+ ( Cover / Disc 1/2 )


COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly tanned with stain-marks in places on the surface of each side. Light ring-wear with scrapes & light scratches are in places on the surface of each side. Each corner is creased. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC 1: Disc 1 is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has light scuffs in part on Side B, with a scratch on Side A and a few on Side B ( inaudible each ). There are some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "VG“.

DISC 2: Disc 2 is also good in condition, keeping glossy. It has a scratch on Side B-1 ( inaudible ). There are some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff & hairline, which is to be rated as “VG+”. No flaw on the groove of Side A. A scratch on Side B is only flaw on the groove.

OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: INSERT is missing.

POSTER: G, being aged, creased and stained with brown spots on the surface of each side. Folding creases are worn and partly split.

PIN-UP: G+ ( all but George ) / G ( George ). White portions are lightly creased with light brown spots on each side. George’s pin-up is creased and stained with brown spots on the front.

INNER-BAGS: G each, being stained with brown spots on its surface of each side ( mainly blank side ). It’s partly split along the folding creases.
