Description: This is Apple Edition 1st Press copy ( released in 1969 ) of Japan only-album "Please Please Me" ( originally issued to commemorate their 1966 Japan tour ). Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead the 8 page colorful booklet is originally inlayed inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese liner notes", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage". It’s hard to find this copy even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/EX- ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer edges. It’s lightly scraped and stained with minor creases and scratches on the surface of front & back. The surface of some pages of booklet inside gate-fold are lightly creased. Otherwise it has no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has some light scuffs on Side A and a few on Side B. There are several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as “EX-".

OBI: G+, being slightly rippled on the surface of each side, while being stained with some brown spots on that of back. A supply-tag in the top of back is stripped off ( missing ).

INSERT: Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead flaps are attached inside gate-fold cover.

INNER-BAG: VG, being rippled with ring-crease on the surface of each side.
