Description: This is scarce Japanese PROMO ONLY SAMPLER album ( released in 1972 ) of various 4 artists, belonging to Epic Japan in those days. 6 tracks of Canadian artists ( Murray McLauchlan, Bruce Cockburn & Crowbar ) are in Side A ( Canadian Sounds ), while 6 tracks of I Pooh are in Side B ( Milano Sounds ). Each artist was going to release their new album in Japan. The cover introduces each artist / band with members’ image and Japanese liner notes. This sampler album was made in quite limited number for promotional purpose for radio station.

OBI & INSERT were not originally issued for this item, because of promotional use only purpose. It’s hard to find this album in any shape even in our country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: VG/NM ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly tanned and stained on the surface of front & back. The spine-edge is discolored. Short creases are on the spine & top-rims. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. There’s a spindle-mark on the label of Side B. Otherwise it has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as “NM”. No flaw on the groove…very clean disc, we guarantee you.
