Description: This is scarce Japan Only PROMO 5LP Box Set ( released in 1971 ) of Rolling Stones. 5 discs show colorful labels each, neatly housed in "drawing" of box ( See photo ). Box cover is bigger than usual boxed one, which is textured on its surface of front, back & spine. 2 fold-out big posters were issued only for this box set. Enclosed booklet is 76 pages fat one with “Japanese liner notes”, “English & Japanese lyrics” and “Photos of members”. Though obi is missing, it's still hard to find this item in any condition even in our country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.


Condition: VG/NM-/EX-/EX+/NM-/NM- ( Cover / Disc1/2/3/4/5 )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for lightly worn corners & outer-edges. It’s stained along the top-edge & slightly bottom-edge. The surface of back side is partly scraped with minor scratches. The front side is clean.

DRAWING: The drawing is stained with brown spots on its surfaces of each side. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.

DISC 1/4/5: Disc 1, 4 & 5 are nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. Each disc has a few to several spindle-marks with brown spots on each label. Otherwise each disc has none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as “NM". No flaw on the groove of both… very clean discs, we guarantee you.

DISC 2: Disc 2 is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. A light scratch is on Side B ( inaudible ). There are a few to several spindle-marks with brown spots on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX-". No flaw on the groove of Side A.

DISC 3: Disc 3 is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight scuffs on Side A. There are a few to several spindle-marks with brown spots on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX+". No flaw on the groove of Side B.

OBI: Missing.

BOOKLET: VG+, being lightly scraped with minor spots on the surface of outside pages, while being clean inside pages.

INNER SLEEVES: G+ each, being stained with brown spots on the surface of blank side.

POSTERS: Both posters are still unused without pin-hole at corners in EX each.
