Appendices: "Thick Cover" & “Fold-Out Insert”

Description: This is scarce Japan ONLY 4 Track EP copy ( released in 1968 ) of Bob Dylan, comin' with a rare insert. The fold-out insert shows “English lyrics” and “Photos of Dylan”, while the back-cover shows “Japanese description”. It’s still hard to find this single in any condition even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Side B: Mr. Tambourine man, The times they are a-changin’


Condition: VG/EX- ( Cover / Disc )


COVER: Cover is good in condition, except for partly worn corners, spine & lightly other outer-edges. It’s lightly scraped and stained on the surface of back. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, strip, dent & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has several slight scuffs on each side, with a short scratch on SideB-1 ( inaudible ). There are several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any hairline, which is to be rated as "EX-".

INSERT: G+, being lightly creased on the surface of each side, while being lightly tanned with some brown spots inside pages.
