Description: This is scarce Japan PROMO ONLY copy ( released in 1980 ) of Rod Stewart single, comin' with rare insert. This single was made only to promote the sales of Japanese whisky “NIKKA BLACK – 50”, which appears on the back-side of PS. It's hard to find this item in any condition even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

PS: PS is good in condition, except for partly worn corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly creased with light brown stain-marks on the surface of each side. Otherwise it has no tear, ring-wear, strip & writing...OK.

DISC: Disc is nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. It has none of any scuff, scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which can be rated as "MINT". No flaw on the groove & label …very clean disc, we guarantee you.

INSERT: VG+, being lightly tanned on the surface of each page.
